Guided Tour of the Castle:
A walk through the castle allows children and teenagers to explore historical facts, interesting aspects of the noble family’s life, and legends that spark the imagination. The tour includes:
- A short film about Goričko, showcasing the natural and cultural heritage.
- Permanent and temporary exhibitions.
- Legends that captivate visitors of all ages.
There are two options available: a classic tour or an immersive guided experience for an even more unforgettable adventure.
Classic Castle Tour
With a guide, students will walk through the castle, watch the film about Goričko, learn about the legends on the castle terrace, and visit both permanent and temporary exhibitions. The guide will present the architectural development of the castle and its owners through its 800-year history.
Exploring the Castle with Dragon Kač – Immersive Tour
Experience Grad Castle and its park in a playful and engaging way. The tour will be accompanied by the dragon Kač, who will challenge you with skill and puzzle-solving tasks. During the fun exploration of the castle, participants will learn about the animal and plant species in the Goričko Landscape Park, the cultural features of the area, and the mysterious dragon Kač. The legend of the dragon with a magical golden crown tells the story of life at the castle and the brave horseman.
